Description
Clay County is soliciting competing proposals in response to an unsolicited public-private partnership proposal for the expansion of the Clay County Regional Sports Complex. The selected partner would be responsible for designing, constructing, financing, operating, maintaining, marketing, and programming the expansion, as well as continually reinvesting in the property. The County is not prescribing a fixed number or type of new fields, a fieldhouse, or a single capital program. Proposals must explain how the recommended improvements, phasing, financing, operations, maintenance, and revenue strategy work together over the full agreement term. The approximately 250-acre County-owned athletic and recreation property is located at 4790 Victory Lane, Middleburg, Florida 32068.
