Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking repair or modification of three sound recorders identified by NSN 7R-5835-015221023-KB, with delivery FOB origin. This is a sole-source requirement because the Government lacks sufficient, accurate, or legible technical data to contract with another source. The items require Government Source Approval before award. Vendors that are not already approved must submit the information specified in the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposal; offers missing the required source-approval data will not be considered. The acquisition is subject to applicable Free Trade Agreement and World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement provisions.
