Description
Burlington County is soliciting bids for a supply-only contract covering steel bridge materials for various county bridge projects. Required materials include SKL-12, PZ-27, NZ-19, NZ-26, and PS-31 steel sheet piling; 14-inch-diameter steel pipe piles; and helical pile lead sections, extension sections, and top brackets. Materials must be new and meet the specified ASTM standards, coatings, dimensions, and galvanizing requirements. The contract also requires Buy America certification for steel purchases, applicable supplier documentation, and delivery by truck to designated Burlington County locations. The contract period is nine months, from January 1, 2027, through September 30, 2027, with unit pricing required for two pricing periods. Orders will be issued as needed, with approved shop drawings and order acknowledgments required before placement. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the county's e-bidding platform, including line-item pricing and specified forms, certifications, and attachments. A bid bond and consent of surety are not required, but a statement from the bidder's insurance broker is required with the bid; insurance certificates are due after notice of intent to award.
