Description
Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is requesting proposals from contractors for a Job Order Contracting Program serving its current and future members. The resulting national contracting solution will support building maintenance and repair, facility construction and maintenance, heavy construction, highway and road construction, and specialized trade construction and maintenance services. The solicitation is an open competitive RFP. Proposals must be submitted in English through the Canoe Procurement Portal; paper, email, and other submission methods will not be accepted. The agreement is stated to run through October 31, 2030, subject to favorable annual performance evaluations. The procurement is subject to applicable Canadian trade agreements, including CFTA, CETA, and NWPTA.
