Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for seven gear assemblies, speed decreasing, NSN 3010-01-570-7721, Meritor part number A86015445, with an option for seven additional units. The procurement is restricted to the specified manufacturer's part number and approved sources or distributors, and is a total small-business set-aside. The items must be new and delivered FOB destination within 390 calendar days after contract award; the option quantity, if exercised, follows the same delivery schedule. Offerors must submit pricing for the basic and option quantities, comply with military packaging and marking requirements, and provide supply-chain traceability documentation at offer submission if they are not the manufacturer.
