Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a sources-sought request for information to identify contractor interest, capabilities, qualifications, regulatory compliance, and estimated pricing for preventive and full remedial maintenance of government-owned Omnicell pharmaceutical dispensing systems. The anticipated requirement includes all labor, tools, materials, equipment, software, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to maintain and repair the systems in accordance with original equipment manufacturer requirements. The agency indicates that it intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Omnicell, Inc., consisting of one base period and two one-year option periods. Responses will be used for market research, budgetary purposes, and to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted; this is not currently a solicitation for contract award.
