Description
UNDP Ethiopia is procuring four sample roasters (PROBAT BRZ4 or equivalent) and four sample grinding machines (STAWERT VTA6S1 or equivalent). Bidders must provide product brochures, technical datasheets, and manufacturer documentation demonstrating compliance with the specifications, including equivalent safety certification and a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty. The roasters require four roasting drums, cooling sieves, thermometers, heating devices, and associated components; the grinders must meet the stated throughput and equipment specifications. Delivery is required within 30 days of receipt of the purchase order, DAP to the Ethiopia Coffee and Tea Authority in Addis Ababa. The supplier must provide installation, hands-on operations and maintenance training, and warranty-period after-sales support. The award is based on the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer, with technical compliance, acceptance of contract terms, after-sales service, and delivery lead time among the evaluation considerations.
