Description
Adams-Friendship School District is seeking proposals for fully managed, symmetrical Internet access only, with download and upload bandwidth from 1 Gbps through 2 Gbps, delivered to Adams Friendship High School. Transport service is provided separately through BadgerNet. Proposed solutions must provide dedicated bandwidth, terminate at the building’s MDF demarcation point, and include responsibility for site delivery, construction, permitting, pathways, and rights-of-way required to deliver service. The required service levels include a 99.995% network-availability commitment, specified packet loss, latency, jitter, outage-response and restoration commitments, monthly and annual service reporting, no usage caps or throttling, static IP addresses, and router lease options and pricing. Proposals must identify all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, and must include the provider’s terms and conditions. Contracted-service pricing is requested for 36-month and 60-month terms, with potential two additional 12-month extensions; month-to-month offers will also be considered. Service is needed effective February 1, 2028.
