Description
The Canadian Department of National Defence is procuring 10,000 bobbins for shipboard life preservers. The specified item is Halkey-Roberts Corporation part number V80010, NCAGE 98021, with 5,000 units required for CFB Halifax and 5,000 units for CFB Esquimalt. Equivalent or substitute products may be proposed, but bidders must provide the offered brand, model or part number, NCAGE, complete specifications, descriptive literature, and applicable equivalency information.
