Description
The Province of British Columbia is seeking professional danger-tree assessment and falling services within Tsutswecw Provincial Park, covering approximately 7 km of Wade Road Trail and 2 km of Lower Flume Trail. The wildfire impact is moderate to severe. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental work required for the project. The scope includes tree inventory, assessment, identification, marking, mapping, and removal of trees posing imminent threats to public safety or worker safety during future repair work. Tree removal must occur outside the migratory-bird and salmon-spawning windows. The procurement requires a daily falling rate for a crew, with prices submitted in Canadian dollars excluding GST. The solicitation also requires certification submittals where applicable.
