This opportunity concerns the termination of the Iraq Border Security Project Phase I, a contract managed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The project's objective was to improve the capabilities of the Iraqi Border Guard Forces (IBGF) in deterring, detecting, and interdicting the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and related materials across Iraq's border with Syria.
