Description
The Government of Canada is seeking 300 new spring-filled mattresses for shipboard use: 200 units for CFB Halifax and 100 units for CFB Esquimalt. The specified part number is NCI1014FRI7825PC, manufactured by Neoprene Canada Inc. (NCAGE 3AF39), although equivalent or substitute products may be proposed if the bidder provides the required part number, NCAGE, complete specifications, descriptive literature, and compliance information. The mattresses must be nominally 25 inches wide, 4.5 inches thick, and 78 inches long. Offers must include firm pricing, delivery information, and the required submission forms. Delivery is on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, and the procurement uses lowest evaluated price with mandatory technical criteria; multiple contracts may be awarded by item.
