Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 27 packages of NSN 6530-01-107-5798 biohazard sterilization disposal bags: 25 packages for one requirement and 2 packages for another. The bags must be autoclavable and puncture-resistant, and may be fluorescent orange or orange-red. They are intended for autoclaving biologically contaminated materials, such as culture dishes, before disposal. The supplies must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers and suitable exterior shipping containers. Packaging, preservation, and marking requirements include applicable medical packaging standards, MIL-STD-2073-1E, and the specified medical marking requirements. Alternate offers must include complete technical data describing the exact and alternate products, including the source and part number offered. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
