Description
Snow College seeks a consultant or consulting team with expertise in adult and returning learners, community colleges or regional public institutions, rural or geographically dispersed populations, and institutional design. The engagement will define the College’s adult learner opportunity, assess readiness to serve adult students, identify priority populations and markets, evaluate programs and student services, and recommend high-priority institutional changes grounded in institutional data and direct input from adults and partners. Required deliverables include an adult learner market and opportunity profile, readiness and student journey audit, prioritized recommendations, an organizational responsibility and staffing model, a 24-month implementation roadmap, and an executive decision session with accessible, editable final materials. The consultant must include at least two on-campus visits, complete the core engagement in approximately three to five months after notice to proceed, and propose a methodology, work plan, named team, comparable experience, at least three client references, and separate base and optional pricing. The contract maximum budget constraint is $75,000.
