Description
Rockland County is soliciting one new, unused ESSCO model 3x12-20-4-460V torque fluid submersible vortex pump, or an approved equal meeting all specifications. The pump must have a recessed vortex impeller capable of passing three-inch solids, heavy-duty cast-iron construction, a 20 HP, 1750 RPM, 460/3/60 Hz submersible motor, 50-foot motor leads, and the specified seals, sensors, thermal protection, and five-year ESSCO/Reliance warranty. The unit is intended to replace Serial Number 99146-1 and must be rated for 230 GPM at 104 feet TDH. The contractor must furnish and deliver the pump only; installation will be performed by others. Delivery is required 12–14 weeks after receipt of order, or earlier. Bidders offering an approved equal must provide manufacturer specifications, product data sheets, a side-by-side comparison, and three public or industrial customer references. The bid must also include the required disclosure and certification forms, experience documentation, bid security, and applicable New York workers’ compensation and disability documentation.
