Description
Eastern Shore Public Library is requesting proposals for fully managed dedicated Internet access with transport service at its Eastern Shore Public Library and Heritage Center location, with bandwidth options from 100 Mbps through 1 Gbps and a minimum requirement of 100 Mbps download and upload. The service must be dedicated, provide a committed information rate, have no usage caps or throttling, and terminate at the building demarcation point/MDF. Proposals must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction costs, along with any required router lease pricing and applicable taxes or surcharges. The library also requires fully managed WAN data transport between the hub site and Chincoteague Island Library and Northampton Free Library, with all listed locations included and the same 100 Mbps-to-1 Gbps bandwidth range. Services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Contracted offers should include 36-month pricing, with two additional 12-month renewal terms permitted unless otherwise stated. Vendors must offer discounted SPI billing, comply with applicable E-Rate and supply-chain requirements, and provide the lowest corresponding price. Proposals that fail mandatory bandwidth, dedicated-service, demarcation, cost disclosure, or SPI billing requirements may be disqualified.
