Description
Interuniversity Services Inc. is seeking a group benefits provider for two programs serving its post-secondary member institutions. Program A includes employee basic, dependent, and optional life insurance; Survivor Income Benefit; Family Protection Benefit; short- and long-term disability; and related claims, case management, underwriting, renewal, reporting, and administrative services. Program B includes basic and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment and voluntary critical illness benefits. Proponents may bid on either program or both. The proposal must include the completed Submission Form, a completed pricing workbook, and responses to the rated criteria questionnaire. The questionnaire requests detailed information on the provider’s experience, references, coverage and claims processes, service levels, reporting, implementation, and value-added offerings. Pricing is evaluated separately for each program. The RFP data documents needed to prepare pricing are released to proponents after they submit an intent to bid through the portal.
