Description
The Township of Princeton is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of Lions Park, including the design, supply, delivery, and installation of a new playground for children from birth through 12 years of age. The proposal must include play structures, a play-structure border, engineered ground cover, and at least one accessible play structure. The project budget is not to exceed $130,000 inclusive of all taxes. The selected contractor must develop an inclusive playground design with site plans, equipment specifications, material recommendations, surveying, and layout; supply durable, age-appropriate equipment and surfacing; and install the playground and related features. The work must comply with applicable Canadian Standards Association safety standards and other industry requirements, include public protection, fencing or barricades during construction, compliance certification, warranties, user manuals, and maintenance guides. Town civil works will provide grading, excavation, site preparation, drainage, and erosion-control measures.
