Description
St. Johns County is issuing a sole/single-source notice for replacement parts for the Arrow EZ-IO Intraosseous Vascular Access System, including its proprietary needle, power-driver, and associated accessory technology. Teleflex, LLC is the intended sole/single-source contractor, and the county states that the system is sold exclusively through Teleflex's direct sales team or eCommerce site, except for federal government accounts. Products from brokers, independent distributors, or online marketplaces are not authorized and may lack warranty coverage or customer support. This is not a formal RFB, RFP, or RFQ. Written responses are requested only from suppliers capable of providing an equivalent product or service, to help determine whether a competitive solicitation may be warranted. Responses must include the company's name and address, point-of-contact and contact information, and a statement, description, or capability explanation for providing an equivalent product or service. The approved fiscal year 2027 budget is $50,000, and purchase orders are proposed through September 30, 2027.
