Description
The School District of Pickens County is soliciting FY2027 E-Rate Category Two proposals for Cisco Meraki or equivalent licensing, software, and manufacturer support for existing wireless access points and switches. The requested quantities include 1,700 wireless access points and switches totaling 448 units across multiple service requests, including internal connections and basic maintenance of internal connections. Pricing must cover 1-, 3-, and 5-year co-termination, subscription, and enterprise agreement licensing options. Vendors must provide current SKUs, identify E-Rate-eligible and ineligible costs separately, maintain a valid SPIN/FCC Form 498 ID and required USAC certifications, and comply with E-Rate procurement, pricing, documentation, and audit requirements. Equivalent solutions must support the existing equipment without hardware replacement, loss of functionality, service disruption, unpriced requirements, or additional District cost. The addendum requires acknowledgment of Addendum No. 1 in the proposal.
