Description
Mybrary, formerly the Elko-Eureka County Library System, is soliciting proposals for dedicated synchronous Internet access at two branches: 100–300 Mbps for Carlin Mybrary and 1–5 Gbps for Elko Mybrary. Service must provide a committed information rate, include infrastructure terminating at each building’s demarcation point, avoid usage caps or throttling, and support SPI discount billing under the E-Rate program. Bidders may propose one or both locations, which will be evaluated and awarded separately. Proposals must identify monthly recurring and non-recurring charges, include the Library name, FCC Form 470 number, SPIN, and service-provider terms and conditions, and comply with applicable FCC supply-chain restrictions and lowest-corresponding-price requirements. Services are needed beginning July 1, 2027. Contracted-service proposals should include 36- and 60-month pricing; month-to-month proposals will also be considered. Contracts should permit bandwidth increases, allow penalty-free early termination, and prohibit price increases during the term.
