Description
The City of Wells is soliciting sealed bids for the Lake Avenue Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Project (Project No. 74668; E.A. No. LTAP-0007-(341)). Bids must use the prescribed forms and include bid security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A current Nevada contractor's license of the proper classification is required at bid opening; a Wells City business license is required before contract execution, and a valid Unique Entity ID is required before award. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory to remain eligible to bid. The contract is expected to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to the stated evaluation considerations and the City's right to reject bids.
