Description
The project involves rehabilitating approximately one mile of roadway, including full-depth reclamation, pavement milling and asphalt overlay, pavement patching and leveling, and new pavement markings. Work also includes removing and replacing sections of concrete sidewalk, replacing inlet tops, resetting manhole covers, and providing traffic control. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment and complete the work within 90 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. A bid guarantee of at least 5% of the bid amount, capped at $10,000, is required. The bid must include documentation of the required state contractor's license and E-Verify enrollment. Addendum 1 must be acknowledged both by email and in the sealed bid. Performance and labor-and-material payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract price, and insurance evidence are required from the successful bidder after award.
