Description
The City of Tustin Public Works Department is seeking applications from licensed contractors throughout California to be included on its Qualified Contractor's List for Informal Projects for calendar year 2026. This list will be utilized for notification purposes for various construction and maintenance related projects, in accordance with the Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act and the City of Tustin Municipal Code. Projects on this list are valued at $200,000 or less. To be included on the list, interested contractors must submit a completed application by December 31, 2026, via the online portal. Prior to the award of any informal project contract, contractors will be required to provide current proof of insurance that meets the City's non-negotiable requirements within ten (10) working days of the award notice. Failure to comply with these insurance requirements will result in the annulment of the award. The application requires details such as company name, address, contact information, contractor license number, and desired categories of work.
