Description
This Sources Sought notice is market research, not a solicitation or request for quotations. The contemplated requirement covers maintenance and repair for two Carestream DRX Revolution mobile X-ray systems and two LUX 35 mobile detectors. Services include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, corrective repairs, OEM parts, labor, travel, testing, calibration, applicable software and diagnostic support, and service documentation. The draft statement of work specifies response and coverage requirements, including a telephone response within 30 minutes and on-site response within four hours when the issue cannot be resolved by phone. Respondents must demonstrate authorization to provide the services through Carestream, and the contemplated arrangement requires Carestream to perform the maintenance and repair.
