Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is issuing a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) to pre-qualify suppliers for professional services related to existing building commissioning (EBCx) of federal facilities. The services support the Greening Government Strategy and Federal Sustainable Development Strategy. Mandates may involve single or multiple buildings and include initial EBCx pre-screening, recommissioning (RCx) to optimize building performance, and ongoing commissioning (OCx) to sustain improvements. Suppliers can indicate preference for up to six regions across Canada. The supply arrangement will be in effect until March 31, 2027, with one optional 12-month extension. Individual contracts under this arrangement are estimated to be between $50,000 and $110,000.
