Description
The County of San Diego is seeking quotations for three new, unused 2026-or-newer utility terrain vehicles or approved equivalents: two two-seat vehicles and one four-seat vehicle. The specified vehicles must meet detailed requirements for engine performance, drivetrain, suspension, braking, wheels and tires, lighting, safety features, seating capacity, and exterior color. The offeror must be an authorized dealer of the vehicle manufacturer and provide documentation demonstrating that status. The quotation must include pricing for the vehicles and listed additional items and fees, with shipping and other fees included and sales tax excluded. Delivery is required before October 30, 2026, to the County fleet facility, with California DMV registration, temporary plates, applicable vehicle documentation, manufacturer-origin documentation when applicable, and delivery coordination. The County may accept an approved equivalent if the offeror provides sufficient descriptive information to establish compliance with the required characteristics.
