Description
Shelby County Government has identified a single-source purchase for dedicated internet access supporting a 10 Gbps connection at its facility. The provider must maintain the existing internet configuration and bandwidth to ensure uninterrupted connectivity and continuity of operations. The scope also includes ongoing network monitoring, maintenance, and technical support for reliable service and timely resolution of interruptions. Service is to continue under the existing agreement terms for a 12-month period, with pricing submitted as both a total and detailed breakdown. This notice is not a request for bids, proposals, or qualifications; interested providers are asked to submit a letter of interest and pricing.
