Description
The North Atlantic Treaty Organization is seeking one contractor to provide Explosives Safety and Munitions Risk Management consultancy services supporting the Munitions Safety Information Analysis Center. The requirement covers expert technical advice, munitions transport, storage, handling and safety support, policy and standards development, operational planning, workshops, training, briefings, technical reports, database and assessment-tool support, and liaison with NATO commands, member nations, government, industry, and academic representatives. Services are advisory and performed under the direction and approval of the MSIAC Project Manager. The contract has a one-year initial period with two one-year extension options, for a maximum duration of three years. Personnel must be nationals of MSIAC member countries, hold a university degree, and have at least 10 years of directly relevant technical experience. Personnel requiring access to NATO classified information, classified networks, or NATO Headquarters for more than five consecutive days must hold a valid NATO Secret clearance. The submission must include the bidder identification, responsibility certification, past-performance references, conflict-of-interest statement, origin-of-supplies certificate, subcontractor list, key-personnel list, price schedule, technical package, and completed contract materials as specified in the solicitation documents.
