Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking a service provider to configure, deploy, field-test, and operationalize the Spatial Monitoring and Reporting Tool (SMART) in five protected areas of the Pamir-Alay region. The scope includes developing monitoring data models, databases, reference lists, field forms, reporting templates, patrol-planning tools, and biodiversity and law-enforcement monitoring guidance adapted to each protected area. The contractor must conduct field testing, resolve configuration and data-collection issues, train five staff members at each protected area, provide technical support, and hand over the configured system and documentation for independent use. Required deliverables include an interim narrative report within three months of contract signing and a final report within six months. Proposals must include company experience, a methodology and implementation schedule, key personnel CVs and diplomas, and a lump-sum financial proposal submitted through the designated online portal.
