Description
Kinetic GPO Inc. is seeking one or more suppliers to provide a broad range of arena and stadium seating throughout Canada under a non-binding Request for Standing Offers. Required offerings include telescopic seating, fixed seating, foldable arena and stadium seats, VIP and premium seating, bleacher seating, portable staging, and related products and services such as planning and design consultation, installation, repairs, maintenance, refurbishing, and reupholstery. Respondents may bid on any or all categories but must bid on at least one of Categories 1 through 5. Subcontracting is permitted, subject to the solicitation requirements. The response must include technical information, product catalogues and publicly verifiable price lists, Canadian-dollar market-basket pricing, distribution coverage, financial-stability documentation, references, insurance documentation, and the required forms and exhibits. The resulting Master Agreement is expected to support a three-year term with an option for up to two additional years, and the estimated lifetime purchasing volume is approximately CAD 4 million, with no volume guarantee. Commercial general liability insurance of CAD 5 million is required. The solicitation package requires a Mandatory Submission Form, Vendors Workbook, Market Basket Pricing, Reference Form, Master Agreement, Insurance Document, and subcontractor/dealer listing; the Market Basket must be submitted in Excel format and each uploaded file is limited to 100 MB.
