Description
The City of St. John's is seeking a supplier to provide and deliver three water treatment chemicals to the Windsor Lake Water Treatment Plant on an approximately weekly basis: 50% citric acid, 38% sodium bisulfite, and 25% sodium hydroxide (caustic). Quantities and specifications are set out in the bid documents. The solicitation is for a 36-month supply arrangement. Submissions must be made online, and the bid document identifies a question deadline of October 23, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. and a closing deadline of November 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Newfoundland Standard Time.
