Description
Quantock Education Trust has established a dynamic market under section 34 of the Procurement Act 2023 for the physical supply of electricity and gas to all Authority sites, together with associated invoicing and query management services. The market remains open to new suppliers throughout its duration, permits suppliers to apply for admission at any time, and allows the Authority to conduct competitive selection processes among admitted suppliers. This notice records the addition of Brook Green Supply Limited to Part 1, Supply of Electricity. It is a dynamic market modification notice rather than a new standalone requirement, and the notice does not state a fixed contract value, submission deadline, or contract start date.
