Description
The Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD) is planning Phase 4 Upgrades to the Comox Valley Water Pollution Control Centre (CVWPCC). The upgrades are intended to improve the treatment capacity, reliability, and long-term performance of the wastewater treatment facility. The scope and schedule are tentative and subject to change at the CVRD's discretion. This notice of project is a preliminary announcement; the procurement opportunity is anticipated to be released in 2027.
