Description
Pittsylvania County Public Library is requesting proposals for symmetrical, fully managed dedicated Internet access with transport service at four library locations. Offerings must provide dedicated bandwidth within the 200 Mbps to 500 Mbps range, without usage caps or speed reductions, and must terminate at each building’s designated MDF demarcation point rather than merely at the property line. Proposals must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, including applicable installation, equipment, site delivery, construction, permitting, pathway, and right-of-way costs. Vendors should provide pricing for static IP addresses, router lease options, and 36-month and 60-month contract terms, with optional two 12-month extensions. Service is needed effective July 1, 2027. Proposals must also include the applicant’s required service-provider information, terms and conditions, SPIN, and compliance with applicable E-Rate and FCC supply-chain requirements.
