Description
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is soliciting proposals for an enterprise-wide WAN and LAN services Basic Ordering Agreement and associated initial task orders. The scope includes geographically diverse colocation with private cages and secure cabinets; redundant backbone, regional, area-office, and field-office circuits; internet and private cloud connectivity; cross-connects and circuit extensions; and a centralized, continuously staffed network operations center. The contractor must provide monitoring, outage response, service-level reporting, project coordination, circuit provisioning, installation, testing, maintenance, and vendor coordination across FDIC locations in the United States. The solicitation uses a two-phase advisory down-select. Phase I requires a technical approach addressing circuits, cloud connectivity, colocation, and transition planning. Phase II requires management, past performance, pricing, and additional information. Offerors must complete the BOA Pricing Enterprise WAN Workbook and Enterprise WAN Task Orders 1–3 workbook, and submit five proposal volumes covering technical approach, management approach, past performance, price, and additional information. The agreement has a five-year base period and two five-year option periods, for a maximum period of performance of 15 years; the BOA itself does not obligate the FDIC to issue task orders.
