Description
The Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust Fund Board of Investors is soliciting qualified investment managers for a satellite private equity strategy appropriate for U.S. institutional investors. The strategy may include venture capital and must demonstrate specific expertise, consistent capital deployment, a disciplined investment process, and a focus on long-term value creation. Direct investment exposure is preferred over fund-of-funds, co-investment, or secondary exposure. The selected manager or managers will manage an allocation of approximately $20–$30 million, likely divided among one to four managers, and must be willing to accept an investment of $5 million. Respondents must complete the provided information request, submit a strategy overview and extensive organizational, investment, operational, risk-management, compliance, fee, and ESG responses, and provide a sample private placement memorandum and recent pitch deck. A signed cover letter and the complete response must be submitted electronically by the stated deadline.
