Tulsa Independent School District 1 is seeking proposals for Category One broadband data transmission services and leased provider network equipment supporting 82 sites. Proposals must provide incremental pricing for wide area network connections from 1 Gbps through 100 Gbps, including pricing for specified bandwidth levels, installation, and support. The addendum clarifies that the project requires a greenfield build, each site will have its own connections to each ring for redundancy, and leased provider equipment is required. The district will handle Layer 3 routing and functionality. Media will generally be multimode fiber, with potentially some copper handoffs; separate EVPL and EPL pricing is required if both solutions are proposed. Temporary parallel circuits are required when cutover takes longer than two hours. Awards remain subject to E-Rate funding and subsequent governing board approval. The district may consider multi-year contracts and voluntary extensions, and offerors must comply with the Lowest Corresponding Price rule. Site visits are not required. Proposals and questions must follow the RFP requirements; the addendum does not provide the proposal deadline, submission destination, or complete response-package requirements.
