Description
Alachua County is soliciting bids for annual tire repair and replacement services for its fleet of off-road equipment. The services are required throughout Alachua County, Florida, and bidders must be able to respond to service requests within two hours during regular county hours (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday) and provide after-hours service as needed. Repairs to off-road tires must utilize a patch/plug combination or an internal patch. Bidders must provide all necessary approved contract tires, tools, equipment, service trucks, and personnel to service all vehicles. The contract is expected to begin on October 1, 2026, and continue through September 30, 2031.
