Description
North County Transit District (NCTD) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive services for leasing tires for revenue vehicles and purchasing tires for non-revenue vehicles. The tires must support safety, reliability, and mileage duration for ongoing transit operations. The agreement will consist of a three-year base term with two one-year options. The solicitation also covers related tire maintenance and disposal capabilities, including mounting, repair, inspection, rotation, balancing, regrooving, and disposal services, along with federally funded transit compliance requirements, including DBE participation and applicable federal certifications.
