Description
Bristow Public Library is soliciting technology-neutral proposals for Category One services supporting bandwidth from 100 Mbps to 200 Mbps. The scope includes internet access and data transmission service, Category One network equipment, installation, and initial configuration. Vendors must identify the proposed broadband technology, basic firewall or network security features, equipment or special-construction costs, and pricing at 50 Mbps increments from 100 Mbps through 200 Mbps. Proposals must include a complete breakdown of monthly recurring, non-recurring, installation, equipment, and other costs, clearly distinguishing eligible and ineligible components, as well as a Service Level Agreement. Vendors must possess a valid Service Provider Identification Number, file the FCC Form 474 and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund funding request, and meet applicable authorization and regulatory requirements. Contracts may run for up to five years, with a one-year term plus four voluntary annual renewals preferred; any multi-year arrangement must permit cancellation without penalty after the first year with 30 days' notice.
