Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two blood collecting-dispensing bags and donor sets under NSN 6515-01-664-0306. Each donor set includes a constriction band, gauze sponges, blood tubes, blood collection needle, surgical tape, clear IV dressing, ABO/Rh screening card, gloves, alcohol pads, chlorhexidine swab, Kelly clamp, nylon cord, permanent marker, DD Form 572, blood bag label, and instructions. The supplies must have a 12-month shelf life, with no more than two months elapsed from manufacture to delivery. The item is FDA-regulated, must be properly packaged and marked, and must be delivered FOB destination within five days after award to the specified military destination. Quotations must identify the offered source and part number; alternate offers require complete technical data. All quotes must be submitted through the designated online bid system.
