Description
BC Hydro is seeking suppliers to qualify for master services agreements to provide traffic management services on an as-needed basis in designated subregions of the Northern Interior, Southern Interior, and Vancouver Island. Work includes certified traffic control personnel, fully outfitted lane trucks, traffic control and traffic management plans, permit applications, and traffic-control equipment rentals. Services must support planned, unplanned, and emergency work, including 24/7 dispatch and emergency mobilization within one hour of notification. Suppliers may propose coverage for one or more regions or subregions and must provide the resources and equipment required for the areas they select. Responses require completed response and pricing workbooks, experience and service-delivery narratives, references, subcontractor information, commercial-term amendments if proposed, relationship disclosures, and current SafeContractor safety prequalification evidence. The initial MSA term is three years, with no extension years indicated. Work is assigned as needed, with no guaranteed volume; subcontracting is limited and requires BC Hydro approval.
