Description
The County seeks a contractor to provide preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, calibration verification, and technical support for the toxicology laboratory instruments listed in Attachment A. The scope includes labor, travel, tools, supplies, replacement parts, operational testing, and service documentation. Repairs outside routine preventive maintenance require prior County approval and a written estimate; replacement parts must be new original equipment manufacturer parts or County-approved equivalents. The contractor must provide qualified technicians, telephone or remote support during normal business hours, and onsite service within the specified response period when required. The quote must include responses to the program/technical requirements, two similar-scope business references, a completed payment schedule, and responses to the terms and conditions and insurance requirements. Required forms include the Offeror's Cover Page (PC600) and Representations and Certifications (PC601); the Small-Local Business Self-Certification (PC610) is encouraged, and the Nondisclosure Indemnification Agreement (PC620) is required only when submitting confidential or proprietary information. The contract is anticipated to have a one-year initial term and four one-year options.
