Description
The Colorado Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to manage the Clean Colorado Sponsor Program statewide. The scope includes marketing and recruiting sponsors for highway segments, ramps, rest areas, chain-up stations, pedestrian facilities, and bicycle paths; administering sponsor agreements and fees; maintaining an interactive availability map; and providing application intake and support for related volunteer adoption programs. The contractor must perform litter pickup, disposal and recycling, hand sweeping, sign installation and maintenance, traffic-control coordination, and responsive cleaning services across sponsored segments. The work includes recurring cleaning at specified frequencies, safety and accessibility compliance, sponsor and segment administration, monthly and annual reporting, and program growth and retention objectives. The initial term is one year with up to four additional one-year renewal periods.
