Description
The National Institutes of Health is seeking a service maintenance contract for a Leica Stellaris 8 confocal microscope, serial number 8300000509, used by the NINDS Laboratory of Viral Immunology and Intravital Imaging. The contractor must provide at least one annual preventive-maintenance visit, unlimited on-site repairs with necessary replacement parts, rapid remedial response, unlimited remote services, and access to a technical support center. Services must include OEM firmware and software updates and be performed by factory-trained and certified field service engineers using genuine Leica Microsystems parts in accordance with OEM specifications.
