Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting a contractor to repair or replace the failing modular air-cooled chiller system serving Building 501. The project requires replacing nine existing modular units with two new chillers, reusing existing electrical gear while installing new fuses and conductors, modifying ductwork to extend condenser air to grade level, and installing new piping and heat trace from the mechanical room wall to the chillers.
