Description
The U.S. Navy, through NAVFAC Far East, is seeking proposals for an unrestricted, firm-fixed-price design-bid-build alteration project at U.S. Naval Hospital Yokosuka, Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. The work includes civil, landscape architecture, architectural, interior design, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communications, cybersecurity, fire protection and life-safety, physical security, antiterrorism/force protection, hazardous-material abatement, sustainability, energy-conservation compliance design, and temporary phasing facilities. The procurement uses tradeoff source-selection procedures and requires technical, past-performance, and price proposals. The estimated project value is $100 million to $250 million. Offerors must provide a bid bond of $3,000,000 or 20 percent of the bid price, whichever is less. A pre-proposal conference and one-time site visit are scheduled for October 29, 2026; base-access requests must be submitted by October 21, 2026, using Attachment (2).
