Description
UNDP Viet Nam seeks a national NGO, research institution, university, or firm to conduct a mixed-methods study on inclusive health service delivery for sexual and gender minorities. The work includes legal, policy, and health-system analysis; quantitative survey design, data collection, quality assurance, and statistical analysis; qualitative interviews, transcription, anonymization, coding, and thematic analysis; integration of findings; and development of evidence-based recommendations. The contractor must prepare a workplan and deliver technical inputs, quantitative and qualitative research outputs, an integrated draft report, stakeholder consultation support, and a final research report and related products in English and Vietnamese. The assignment is expected to run from October 2026 through June 30, 2027, with no travel expected. Proposals are evaluated on organizational experience, methodology and implementation plan, and the qualifications of key personnel, including specified bachelor's-degree and research-experience requirements.
