This notice announces an extension and addition of categories to the NHS London Procurement Partnership's (LPP) Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Estates & Facilities Consultancy Services. The DPS aims to provide high-quality services to health and public sector organizations. The DPS operates in two stages. The first stage involves invitations to participate issued to selected supplier categories in three waves, with no limit on the number of suppliers who can join. New suppliers can apply to join at any point during the DPS's lifetime. The second stage involves Contracting Authorities inviting all suppliers within the relevant service category and location to bid for specific contracts. Contracting Authorities can search for potential providers based on work category, project location, project value, and other criteria. Capability Assessments may be used to establish a final supplier list for tenders. Categories can also be combined if there are clear synergies. Services procured under the DPS may include, but are not limited to, Architecture, Asbestos Management, Authorising Engineers, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management, Clerk of Works, Quantity Surveying, Principal Designer (CDM), Estates Strategy, Contract Administration, Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, Air & Ventilation Systems, Acoustics & Vibration, Energy Efficiency, Environmental issues, Equality Act, Fire Consultancy, Security Systems, Lift Consultancy, Lighting Consultancy, Property Acquisition/Disposal/Management Advisory, and Waste Consultancy. Suppliers will be grouped by region across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
